HokenFi
HokenFi is our software for issuing tokenized securities in Spain and the EU under Law 6/2023, Royal Decree 814/2023 and MiFID II. It is not an entity authorised by the CNMV: the regulated steps are carried out by the ERIR and, where the law requires it, an investment firm. It is built for companies that want to issue shares, debt or other financial instruments in tokenized form.
The Token Times
The Token Times is the news outlet we publish on tokenization, real-world assets (RWA) and market regulation, in Spanish. Its articles are written by an automated system under the editorial responsibility of Unknown Gravity, as it explains on its how we work page.
